About Jakub
Jakub is a Senior Associate and Special Adviser at Castore Consulting.
Jakub's professional interests revolve around combining analytics with a psychology-focused approach in business settings. With a background in technology, he utilises his experience to apply innovation and drive change in organisations.
Currently, he is enrolled in the penultimate year of the BSc Management programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
He has gathered professional experience during his current work at BCG and within PwC's Audit Division. Outside of Castore, Jakub is the Project Leader of the largest student-led conference in the UK - The Polish Economic Forum, gathering over 800 participants, national leaders and C-level executives in London every March.
As a Senior Associate, Jakub and his team works closely with leading entrepreneurs to solve complex strategic challenges that are key to their future growth. Within his capacity as Special Adviser, he provides actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team on Castore Consulting's alumni engagement and relationship management efforts.
