Tomohisa is one of the four Principals and the Co-Head of Venture Capital at Castore Consulting.
With a purpose and value-driven interest in investment banking, private credit/equity, and venture capital, he utilises his quantitative skills and knowledge of finance synchronously to help fast-growing start-ups and venture capital firms shape, execute, and support acquisition strategies that are aligned to their mission and vision.
Currently, he is enrolled in the penultimate year of the BSc Economics programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
He has previously completed placements at EY's Financial Services Organisation (FSO) division and the Government and Health Industries (G&HI) practice within PwC's management consulting division. Prior to his election and fast track to Principal, he was an Associate Consultant where he advised an agrotechnology start-up specialising in B2B marketplaces on its pricing and product strategy.
As the Co-Head of Venture Capital, Tomohisa and his team works closely with clients to develop and support bespoke acquisition strategies that are executable. Together with the client, he designs acquisition strategies and provide support at every stage of the process from target identification to valuation analysis and due diligence.
